The Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Distance Learning Promotion Association of Thailand, hosted the 5th National Honorary Figure Award Ceremony 2025 on 29 November, at the Temiyavet Hall, Command Building, Royal Police Cadet Academy, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province.

This year, Dr. Nutcharut Klamthawee, an independent scholar in international relations, specialist in people-to-people diplomacy, and social development advocate, was selected as one of the distinguished awardees. The recognition highlights his longstanding dedication to the nation and his impactful contributions to local and international communities.

One of the defining moments of his career was being entrusted by the Ambassador-at-Large from Dubai, UAE, to officially coordinate diplomatic missions in Thailand, paving the way for new opportunities in investment, tourism, and economic cooperation.
