Bangkok, Thailand – From 17 to 26 July 2026, Seasonal Tastes at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok invites diners to discover the vibrant flavours of Vietnam as two guest chefs present an authentic selection of Vietnamese specialities for a limited time.

From Phu Quoc to Bangkok, Chef Tính Nguyễn, Demi Chef de Partie and Chef Tran Thi Kim Lien, Sous Chef at Tempus Fugit, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa, bring a deep respect for Vietnam’s culinary heritage, combining traditional techniques and fresh ingredients to showcase the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine.

Among the highlights is Seafood Bánh Xèo, a golden, crispy Vietnamese pancake filled with succulent seafood and fresh ingredients, served with fragrant herbs and traditional fish sauce. Guests can also savour Vietnamese Seafood Spring Rolls, delicately wrapped and fried until crisp, alongside comforting favourites including Chicken Pho, Caramelised Catfish in a Clay Pot, Fried Sea Bass with Fish Sauce, and traditional Vietnamese desserts.

The Vietnamese specialities will be featured as part of the gourmet buffet at Seasonal Tastes, from 17 to 26 July 2026. available for lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
